The Multiplace « Joie de Vivre » is functioning with individual sequences and group therapy via drama. It’s targets are the therapy by art, the research and the production of knowledge in drama-therapy. There is collaboration with other greek and foreigners art-therapists, as well as with other centres which have the same targets. There are seminars and art-therapy meetings, as well as artistic workshops. Dimitra Stavrou is psychologist and drama-therapist. She studied in France “Université de Haute Normandie” and in Greece (Panteion University). She has worked in three Municipalities in Athens (Ag. Anargiroi, Pefki and Kallithea), in programs of drug-addiction, in the Greek Institute of University of Research in Mental Health (EPIPSY), in the Greek Organisation against Drogues (OKANA), in more than 50 private and public schools with the children, the parents and the teachers, in the Institution of children protection (Hatzikiriakio), in the prisons of Athens, in European programs for the Social Exclusion. From the year 2000 she teaches in the dramatic school “To theatre ton allagon”. In the last 15 years, she participates with papers, in seminars concerning the mental health. She has participated as she leaded drama-therapy groups in theatrical performances. For her clinical work, as therapist, she has been in long therapy her-self, as well as has been under the tutorial of members of the Greek Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. Founding member of the Association of Study of Cultural Alterity Founding member of the Institute for the Dialogue of the Greek with the Asiatic civilisations Member of the Greek Society of Social Psychology Member of the Greek-French Society of Psychiatry, Psychology and Psychoanalysis.
